Therapy to navigate life

IMG_1324.JPG

A lot of the people I work with feel stuck; they are working hard but things do not seem to change or go the way they would like them to.

I work with people who find life difficult, they want to feel better and are interested in living more balanced lives. Therapy with me can offer space to look at life differently, supported by a therapeutic relationship that can apply permanent positive change to your life.

I offer weekly sessions to provide consistent support and space to explore.

If what I have said feels familiar, feel free to reach out. No commitment, just an initial conversation to answer any questions you may have.

About

Who I am

I became a therapist to learn to understand myself and others better as life was feeling too much. Life can be tough and I find learning has enabled me to better manage the challenges life brings. Through my own counselling journey, I wanted to offer the same valuable support I had received to others.

My style is to work collaboratively with clients which means you are supported to make your own choices while supported by someone who can bring new things to your awareness. I practice using a warm approach with a blend of challenge and humour, promoting opportunity for meaningful change.

I am a BACP registered integrative Counsellor based in Ipswich, Suffolk. I draw from humanistic and psychodynamic approaches including existential, gestalt and object relations. I help others gain self-awareness and improve self-esteem to make better and informed choices to engager deeper in life.

I believe working with clients that I boost their resilience, meaning making and relationships
