Therapist in Ipswich, Suffolk

I'm a integrative counsellor based in Ipswich, supporting adults who are navigating anxiety and depression. My practice is located near the University of Suffolk with easy access by foot, car or train. I offer both in-person and online therapy, depending on what helps you feel safest and most grounded.

Who I Work With

I work with people facing anxiety, burnout, stress, work related stress, self-esteem issues and relationship difficulties. Many of my clients come to therapy because they feel unseen, unsure, overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns they can't quite name.

How I Work

My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I draw from Humanistic (Existential and Gestalt) and Psychodynamic modalities to help you understand what's happening internally and build a calmer, more connected way of living.

Location & Transport

My office is a short walk from The Hold, University of Suffolk and Suffolk New College. There is multiple car parks nearby such as at Fore street pools and Duke Orwell quay. There is a bus stop outside on the building which is on the route of 1, 2, 3, 4, 60, 60A, 60E, and 616. The Ipswich train station is also a 20-25 minute walk away.

Starting Therapy

The first step is a short conversation to see whether we're the right fit. You can get in touch via my contact page or book a consultation directly via e-mail.
